Kavitha provides firm-wide leadership while managing many of the firms Hospitality and Commercial projects, taking an active role in design as well as project management. An accomplished architect of over 20 years, Kavitha embraces the values of meaningful and responsible design. Her designs are based on sensitivity to context and human dimension. As project architect, Kavitha led the 560,000 square-foot expansion of Midtown Athletic Club’s flagship in Chicago, rebranding the club and adding a 55-room boutique hotel. From its success, Kavitha now leads the design of all eight Midtown renovations from Florida to New York to Montreal. She has also been responsible for the design of multiple venues at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and DesPlaines. Her command of building codes and regulatory frameworks dealing with sustainable design, combined with her expertise in client servicing, programming, design and integrated project delivery, keeps clients coming back.


Dwayne Macewen - DMAC Archtecture

Dwayne spearheads the firm with over 30 years experience in architecture, interior design, product and furniture design. His work spans a wide range of Commercial and Hospitality enterprises – from Lifestyle Clubs, Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants and Spas – to Master Planning and Urban Design. Dwayne has worked on large-scale projects including a medical campus in London, an Olympic pool in Barcelona, and Midtown Athletic Club and Hotel in Chicago - the largest lifestyle center in the country. His award-winning work for design excellence has garnered commissions for The Concours Club-an exclusive motorsport race track and lifestyle club in Miami, Florida-and Sportsbook Lounges across the country, changing the face of sports gaming and entertainment. He works closely with clients and his studio team to develop design concepts and curates that vision into a personal journey where the user can read the book front-to-back, left-to-right or top-to-bottom.
